Ben Stockbridge, Principal,  BCA, CA, ACIS,ACCM, NzDip. Bus, Dip Mgmt, CPA, ATAINZ

 

A qualified NZ Chartered Accountant Ben has been the Principal of the firm since 1999. He has extensive knowledge in management accounting and secretarial management, with over 40 years accounting and administration experience in Wellington, New Zealand and overseas. Ben is solution-focussed and is committed to helping you to improve your business performance.  Ben is also a member of the Wellington Regional Chamber of Commerce.

 

Ben's personal interests include car trialling, being a life member of The Harbour Capital Car Club.  In his leisure Ben enjoys looking after his lifestyle block.  Ben is also interested in helping others less fortunate than himself as demonstrated by his nine year involvement as a Trustee for Skylight, a charitable trust providing specialised support for those facing tough situations of loss, trauma or grief.

Laura - Long & Cowan Chartered Accountants

Laura (Trang Tran), Accountant

 

Laura joined Long & Cowan as a graduate accountant.  She was excited at the opportunity to apply the knowledge that she had gained during her time at Victoria University.

 

Laura is a Xero Certified advisor and looks after clients with their accounting and taxation obligations, and attends to Financial Statements and Tax Returns.  She has a great work ethic and delightfully happy demeanour.

 

Numbers are her thing, and in her leisure time she loves to play Sudoku and enjoys catching up with friends over a meal.  Laura has a great knowledge of the best eateries in Wellington.

Karin - Long & Cowan Chartered Accountants

Karin Perica, Office Manager

 

Karin has had 30 years' experience working in Accounts for a variety of industries in New Zealand and overseas and for the past 20 years has been employed as an Office Manager which had a strong customer service focus.  Joining the team at Long & Cowan as Office Manager was the perfect fit.

 

Forming good working relationships with our clients, Karin endeavours to make their work as stress-free as possible by assisting them with their specific requirements so they can focus on doing what they do best.  Being a small business owner herself gives Karin an understanding of the pressures that many of our clients are under and she realises the importance of following up on their queries as quickly as possible.

 

During her leisure time Karin enjoys a social game of tennis and keeping fit is an important part of her daily rountine.  A mother of three grown-up children, Karin values the importance of family above anything else.  Karin loves socialising and would never turn down an opportunity to have fun
